Radhika’s Balanced Body (RBB), brainchild of master Pilates trainer and nutritionist Radhika Karle, came into action 12 years ago. We are one of very few Pilates studios in Mumbai that offers Mat, Reformer, Chair, Trapeze, MOTR, Bodhi, and Barre Pilates classes.

The RBB team is personally trained by Radhika Karle, undergoing rigorous training at an international level that allows them to handle everyone from the fitness enthusiast to those requiring rehabilitation.

Pilates Teacher Training Course Highlights

These Balanced Body courses are taught by Master Trainer, Radhika. Upon successful completion of the course, an e-certificate for course completion will be emailed to you. Upon passing the final exam which consists of a written and practical part, you become a certified teacher.

The Pilates philosophy and movement patterns were designed by Joseph Pilates almost 100 years ago during the First World War for soldiers and then over the years, this technique of physical fitness gained popularity by the public at large.
