REFORMER

The Reformer is an ideal place to start your Pilates training. The springs provide a perfect pairing of resistance for strengthening and assistance for stretching. The wide variety of exercises on the Reformer takes you from core strengthening to balance and mobility as well as mindful movements that work on increasing focus and concentration. 

CHAIR

The Pilates Chair is what we refer to as “dynamite comes in small packages”! The Chair is a great place to work on developing lower body strength and power which helps keep our active agers’ knees and hips healthy as well as our elite athlete’s muscles strong and balanced.
