I was putting on weight and was dealing with severe acne, mood swings and sugar cravings. I was diagnosed with PCOD in 2017. Tried to make a lot diet changes on my own which didn’t work for me. By the time I realised that nothing seemed to be working I had put on 8 kilos. I went from 57 to 64. I started to fear food at this point. Dealt with it for almost 3 years.  I knew that  I was not getting it right with my food and the only way to fix this was to seek help. Somewhere deep down I knew that if I could fix my nutrition I would be able to tackle this condition. That is when I met my nutritionist Hiral (nothing less than an angel to me). She made me realise that food is not just about quantity of protein, carbohydrates, and fat on your plate but it’s also a combination of quantity and quality of food. I love my food so much more today that I look forward to every meal that I eat. She has helped me understand how wholesome food needs to be and to strike the perfect balance of all the macros and micros. I am so much better with portion control today without feeling deprived. From being 62.5 (my weight when I met Hiral) I am down to 55.2 today in 6 months. I can’t thank her enough for how much difference she has made in improving my relationship with food.

I was introduced to Radhika’s Balanced Body through Instagram. I went through their handle and what caught my eye was their post about three day detox meal plan. I weighed 84 kgs during that time and decided to follow it. I was very happy with that because I was not hungry and the menu was also very interesting. I wrote an email to them and Hiral was very prompt. She reverted with a questionnaire and it all started. I stared in April and now it’s been 5 months and I weigh approximately 77.2 kgs. Hiral has been very supportive. She is available all the time. She is flexible towards changing the meal plan if I am not liking it or even if I am bored with it. I fell sick for a month and she was constantly following up with my meals and also altering them according to my needs. It’s been an amazing journey so far and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to live a healthy life without sacrificing or compromising to eat their hearts out. She doesn’t make you diet or give you a plan which is difficult. She will make sure you are eating everything which is already a part of your daily meals.
