Shefali has been absolutely awesome in keeping us motivated to continue our Pilates sessions during lockdown. I had my reservations at first to do Pilates without the reformers, but the sessions have been fun and dynamic, using simple dumbbells and a chair. I’ve also seen a dramatic improvement in my body’s toning. My core is stronger and my abs are completely flat — which feels very nice after 1 year post partum. I’ve lost 21 kilos in total since my pregnancy and Pilates has definitely helped with getting my body back on track. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to tone and shape their body in a non-boring way.

I have been a client of Radhika’s Balanced Body since January 2020, I have had classes at their lovely, spacious and immaculate studio and have been having online classes with Shefali since mid March. The small group size is one the biggest draws as this helps the trainer to focus on me and my fitness. I have not been able to weigh myself during lockdown but I now fit into some of my smaller sized dresses and I think that reason is enough to make me continue with them. My overall flexibility is better now than it was in January and having a proper fitness regime during these times has been very helpful for both my body and mind.

I enrolled with Radhika’s Balanced Body for online Mat Pilates classes and in extraordinary times like these, am so happy that I can still stay in routine thanks to technology. Surely, working out at a physical facility is favoured and preferred but having online sessions is a comfort too. I’m training with Swapnil via a video call medium, he gives precise and clear instructions for body posture and the movement that follows along with breathing patterns and repetitions, almost similar to how he conducted the classes at a facility. In fact he gives me corrections as well because, his method is to teach with full focus on instruction. So while he teaches, he himself does not perform the exercises therefore all focus becomes the person who is seeking training. He is extremely patient and answers any query if you have. I would definitely recommend such online classes. Overall, I think this is the best setup that we can get in such times.
